Most people already have the answers.
I help them trust them.
Strengths-based coaching for leaders who want to show up more fully — for themselves and the people around them.
ABOUT KRISTI
I spent 27 years at UNICEF USA — the last nine leading learning and development for an organization full of people who care deeply about their work and each other. That experience taught me something I now bring to every coaching conversation: when people understand their own strengths and motivations, everything gets easier.
I'm a Gallup CliftonStrengths Certified Coach, Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner, and ICF-credentialed coach who works with individuals and teams to build self-awareness, navigate change, and lead with more clarity and confidence. I create a judgment-free space where leaders feel safe enough to be honest — and challenged enough to grow.
My clients leave our conversations with a clearer sense of who they are, what they bring, and what's actually getting in their way. And they tend to send their colleagues my way — because a good conversation has a ripple effect.

When I moved from the corporate sector back into nonprofit leadership, I felt misaligned and uncertain about my direction. Working with Kristi helped me reconnect with my strengths and move forward with clarity and intention.
I highly recommend Kristi to any leader facing transition who values both deep insight and clear, actionable direction.

COACHING
Every coaching engagement is different because every person is different. I meet you where you are, focus on what's working, and help you figure out what's next.
All conversations are judgment-free. Everyone starts somewhere.

INDIVIDUAL
Leadership clarity starts with self-awareness. In one-on-one coaching, I help you identify your strengths, understand what's keeping you stuck, and develop the confidence to lead more effectively. Whether you're navigating a transition, managing a difficult dynamic, or simply ready to grow, we'll build on what's already working — and get you unstuck from what isn't.

PEER PAIR
The best working relationships are built on honest communication — and most people have never had a structured conversation about how they each operate. Peer Pair coaching gives two colleagues a judgment-free space to understand each other's strengths, communication styles, and blind spots, so they can collaborate with more trust and less friction.

NEW MANAGER & DIRECT REPORT
The relationship between a manager and their direct report sets the tone for everything. This coaching format helps both people show up clearly — building trust, setting expectations, and creating the kind of open communication that makes teams thrive. It's especially valuable in the first 90 days of a new working relationship.

CHANGE MANAGEMENT
Change is hard — not because of the strategy, but because of the people. I help leaders and teams navigate transitions with clarity and confidence, using proven change management frameworks alongside strengths-based coaching to reduce resistance, build buy-in, and make the human side of change feel more manageable.
Bringing Kristi in for a CliftonStrengths workshop was a game-changer for a C-Suite client and their leadership team. Her ability to break down strengths-based development into actionable insights made an immediate and lasting impact on how the team works together.

CLASSROOM
My classroom sessions are interactive, customizable, and designed to create real conversations — not just slide-deck moments. Available in person, virtually, or hybrid, from one hour to a full day.

CLIFTONSTRENGTHS
Most people know their weaknesses far better than their strengths. This workshop flips that dynamic. Participants discover their top CliftonStrengths, learn what those strengths look like in action, and leave with a concrete understanding of how to use what's already working — in their role, on their team, and in their relationships at work.
APPRECIATION & APOLOGY
Two of the most important things we can do at work — express genuine gratitude and repair trust when it breaks — are also two of the things most people do least effectively. This session gives teams a shared language and practical tools for both, strengthening the relationships that make everything else possible.
CHANGE MANAGEMENT
Change doesn't fail because of bad strategy. It fails because people aren't brought along. This workshop equips leaders and teams with the tools to understand change, manage their own reactions to it, and support the people around them through it — with less anxiety and more agency.
TEAM COLLABORATION & NORMS
High-performing teams aren't accidental — they're built on shared understanding and explicit agreements about how they work together. This session helps teams surface their assumptions, establish clear communication norms, and create a culture of mutual respect and accountability.
Kristi has a gift for helping people see their potential in a whole new light. Her coaching not only gave me practical tools to grow as a leader but also the confidence to step into new challenges with ease.
